I'm going to miss Wigan next year!
I liked the way you played your football, mostly entertaining and attacking.
I honestly didn't think you would get relegated as there were far worse teams in the Prem than you, and, I count ourselves in that, well for most of 2013 anyway!
It's going to be bloody hard getting back out of the championship, especially as you've lost your manager as well, so I'll wish you good luck and will be looking out for your results next year.

Wahey! My favourite vibrating Norwich supporter!

Cheers for the good wishes. Wigan will be completely re-invented this summer, loads of players gone already (three loanees, five out of contract), then still got the sale of the cream of our talent, God knows what we'll look like by the time a ball is kicked in August. But we have the Europa League, which may help us attract both players and a new boss. We'll have too many games for what won't be a full sized squad - but who knows.

And we're the FA Cup holders. Even on the morning of Wembley I wouldn't have believed that that was going to be the case. Still got a warm glow. Suspect that will last for many years.

All the best to Norwich too - onwards and upwards for your lot?

Saw they moved your board to the Championship section. Would like to wish you the best of luck and hope you bounce back to the EPL soon. <ok>

We certainly look to be strengthening although in typical Arsenal style we are buying talents out of left field rather than established names. Hopefully we can challenge on all fronts. I will pop by and check how are you doing sometimes during the course of next season. <ok>

Still not sure about the upwards bit, although the last 3/4 games were far better than anything we'd seen in the previous 3 months. I'm hoping Chris Hughton has taken notice and will be a bit more adventurous next season. We struggled for goals all season then scored 7 in the last two games!
I'm made up that you won the FA Cup, it's good for the competition when the so called un-fashionable teams win it. You thoroughly deserved it anyway! <ok>

So it looks as if Grant Holt is heading back home, he's going to be great for Wigan, so there's even more reason to keep an eye out for your results next season. I have to say I'm absolutly gutted that he's leaving, he has been a inspirational captain, leader and goal scorer for our club as well as a very very approachable friendly man to meet. So it's with a heavy heart that I say all the very best to Grant Holt, we are going to miss you like hell but we feel it's what he wanted, to be back near his home and family, look after him, I'm sure he'll soon become a big favorite with the Wigan fans.
A big bonus is that he will be able to smash in a few more against Ipsquit Down, all Canaries fans will be watching out for that one!

    <ale> Holty, Thanks a million!

He is one of those forwards who all the opposition love to hate...

I hope he does us a turn for a year or two, and helps us out of the Championship if possible - though we've had such a change of personnel who knows which end of the table we'll end up at...

Yes you've got that first bit right, but he will always be loved by Norwich City supporters.
The best thing Owen Coyle can do is to make him club captain, he's a fantastic leader and a perfect role model.
I'm thinking with him in the team you'll be nearer to the top than the bottom.
