Better. I've been on the receiving end of chaps fresh out of college who have the bit of paper to say they know everything but in reality know **** all. They come in, micro manage everything then after a few weeks everyone wants to stab them.

I'm not but there is an intern in the office who is and has had to be slapped down a few times when he starts delegating responsibilities to himself. He's also the worst kind of kiss arse to the senior staff
