Yep, construct and explain them, despite our notes for them basically saying jack **** about it. I have to do a question on them, no choice

Good luck. Stop thinking about it, you will naturally come across better.

As well as thinking about who comes across well, interviewers will have a feel for who is genuine and who is playing a role. Be yourself.

 

Wish I could give Pomps a transfusion from my son. He was in the RAF but has few qualifications other than a bit of experience and people just keep throwing jobs at him. My advice is relax and be friendly...if you look calm in the interview, the prospective employer will assume you will be in the workplace. Remember it's not just your ability (which we assume you have), they will be thinking...can we work with this guy.

The problem is, I am acutely aware of that fact that this is one of the biggest opportunities I've had from a career perspective. Likewise, I have traumatising memories of spending last summer unemployed, and the thought of being unemployed again feels me with despair. As such, I'm already putting myself under pressure as failure is not an option. Though I know I should try to avoid that.
