Well my bank holiday BBQ plans have been conveniently spoiled by the ****ing flu. Lemsip, lucozade, strepsils and Vicks have been my diet. Did have some nice chicken and sweet corn soup from the chinky though.

Used spiced mango chutney as a marinade for chicken and cooked on the BBQ yesterday turned out well, very nice.

Hmmmm, I will have a very critical eye and palette on that then!

Been so busy have only had time for a shake for dinner, am now starving so will doubtless pick up some snack or other soon.

Tea? No idea. I might go to Pizza Express later again as last weeks was so nice and I've another discount code.

    The usual.

It was as brief as ever, not 100% sure who the silent assasin is but it's probably this BRB bloke.

Trouble is, as soon as he arrives everyone is giving it the 'welcome back matth' etc. and it's as if some mattphone goes off somewhere and he's instantly banned!!

Problem is also that he's pissed off so many people with his constant inability to rein it in that someone immediately reports him to brb and he's straight banned. He's well and truly run out of rope, what with ignoring all the mods, throwing insults, and creating new accounts every time he gets a temp ban, so brb just bans him outright as soon as he's reported.

I assumed as much. The jungle drums go off as soon as he returns.

If he could stick to the United board it wouldn't really be an issue but he can't. He's irritating enough but that's only on our board, I've no idea what he gets up to on the other boards.

    (and care even less)

    Who's BRB?

Guess we're going to find out if you're right that we'll be a better team without Suarez <yikes>

Just had brekkie of sausages, potato waffles and scrambled eggs..

    Does sound nice.

However, just had pork chops in cream and mustard sauce with roast new potatoes, carrots and brocolli. Bloody nice too.

Off down the Italian pizza/ice cream parlour down the front for tea later.

Jacket Potato with some cheese and tuna for dinner.

Had a meal replacement for breakfast, actually filled me up for longer than any toast or cereal ever has. Could be the future. My current mission is to not eat bread in the week, then I'll allow myself some bit at weekend. Completly cutting the carbs is ridiculous and practically impossible so some spuds and rice are allowed but not bread.

Pork with ratatouille for tea tonight.

The no bread thing is good. What I did before was cut out white bread, just had the granary stuff.

What meal was it for breaky? I had a brilliant lunch, was a smoked chilli beef and cheese wrap from m&s, absolutely wonderful!

    Pizza express tonight.
