Are you really doing Herbalife nobby?
That is the most expensive product of its type on the market (and definately not the best) try Vitamin Shoppe or GNC - much better products and half the price.
Herbalife is just a big pyramid scheme <ok>

Good day you unhealthy bunch!! Here's some cracking info for you - to lose weight easily and without ruining your health, you should look up a book called "Live Right for Your Type" by Dr Peter J D'Adamo. Excellent, I started following the advice, went from 120kgs to 99kgs in six months!! My blood group is AB- and it suggested I cut out two of my favourite foods, chicken and beef. Now I eat lamb and fish, and boy its made a difference. Really is worth a go, I haven't changed how much I eat, still drink wine and beer, have a nice steak and Nandos just once a month, and feel so much better. The basis is to eat foods that your body will easily digest, giving you a great metabolic rate. For me, beef and chicken took days to digest, made me feel heavy, and added weight. Works for me.

Whatever works for you. Only thing that works for me is eating stuff that makes me feel full for a long time, compared to the calories it contains - I find a large amount of porridge (also good for cholesterol) and food full of things like lentils and beans (basically, non meat proteins) work well. ADMITTEDLY I fart like a trooper, but you can't have everything.

Hate to admit it, because its not what i want to hear, but regular exercise over a period of a few weeks does seem to help too. Unfortunately.

The other thing that helps is fear - I am not the youngest on here, and if you fill in something like this and find you have a 20% chance of a heart attack in the next 10 years, it does focus the mind: http://www.qrisk.org/

    Try it.

By thje way if you don't know your blood pressure and cholesterol levels, you are a nob (no offence ;) ) - I never did when I was young but as you get older the knowledge you are a long time dead does start to influence you more ;)

In my eyes loans can be brilliant but only sometimes the last loan that worked for us was Gradel.

We got to sample the product then get him on the cheap however the majority of the time it doesn't work out that way.

Only time will tell but I can't wait to see who our first signing will be!

I have been following a low-carb diet for about 2 years now. When I observe it, it works wonders and I always feel good. I listened to Dr. Atkins book on CD (2 discs) and it made a lot of sense. The key for me is eliminating or significantly minimizing sugar (in all forms, be careful of most fruits), pasta, rice, potatoes, (in all forms, even baked), chocolate (my big vice) and cold drinks/sodas.

Exercise has minimal effect on weight control unless you are doing a huge amount of it on a daily basis.

At the end of the day it is an individual thing and as long as you find something that works for you, go for it!

You see there's the problem. One person says this and another says something else. According to my nutritionist and Dr, wholegrain rice and W/G pastas are fine and potatoes are ok as while...It's so bloody confusing...:emoticon-0106-cryin
