Well it involves edging, kegels and jelqing. Edge in the morning (**** up until you're about to sploodge, hold off, start again when your arousal level drops - do this 5-10 times) Kegels (tightening of the pelvic floor muscles) these muscles can be located by stopping mid-pee or by bobbing your stiffy up and down. If you use the stiffy method and hang a damp towel off the end it makes for a great workout. Usually do 1000 reps on the train Jelqing - after the edging in the morning, your penis will be heavy. In the shower at night, use shower gel to jelq (google this - cant be bothered explaining). This draws the blood into your lad, idealy do this when semi'd. Do this consistently and you'll get good gains
