Details of pubs near Wembley Stadium that will welcome Watford supporters before the Play-Off Final



SELECTED pubs near Wembley Stadium will be open to Watford supporters ahead of the npower Championship Play-Off Final on Monday (May 27).




Hornets fans, who will be seated in the east side of the stadium for the match with Crystal Palace, will be welcomed by the following pubs prior to kick-off:
•The Torch, 1 - 5 Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB
•Crock of Gold, 23 Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB
•Moore Spice, Wembley Retail Park, Unit 2, Engineers Way, HA9 0EH
•Watkins Folly, 1 Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0EW
•Blue Check Café, 12 - 13 Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0RQ
•Alisan Bar, The Junction, Wembley Retail Park, Engineers Way, HA9 0EG
•Crystal Club (Silverspoon), South Way, Wembley
•The Parish, 120 Wembley Park Drive, Wembley, HA9 8HP
•First Class Sports Bar, 125 Wembley Park Drive, HA9 8HG
•The Wembley Tavern, 121 Wembley Park Drive, HA9 8HG
•Cheers Bar, 45 Blackbird Hill, NW9 8RS

 

Living in the area,
The Torch - probably the biggest one out the lot. Huge outdoor area and fairly cheap. Directions - turn left out Wembley Park and it's at the top of the incline (next to the traffic lights) on your right
Crock of Gold - pass it frequently but never really been in there - seems quite small. Directions - pass it on your way to the Torch
First Class Sports Bar - good selection of beers, but quite small. Directions - down the stairs at Wembley Park and turn right - immediately opposite the McDonalds

 

Morning all, tickets are still available. If you haven't used your allocation and have a fan ID number you can still get them. They have relaxed it so that a friend can collect the tickets if you cannot get to 'The Vic'. They just need your fan ID and details. Good luck.

My phone was out of battery otherwise i'd have come on here to see if anyone fancied a pint.

I was sitting in Block 119, row 14 seat 224.

Not happy about the game at all...

 

Shame.... we were in Block 120 ....

I was in 119 at the back, you may have heard me banging the roof and singing a little, drive back just completed at an average 74 door to door, midlands horrific rain today!

 

Block 121 also.... Row 22, on the aisle

 

We were in the gods in 503 - with tickets at £67 each.. Good view though..

 

crikey! Glad you got home safely Abers...hope in some small way the trip was worth it!

i wish i had, i'd have come over to join you! Then again, you may have heard me chanting...and screaming lol (the bloke in front of me quite sarcastically asked if i could scream any louder...would have been nice to have heard some noise from him at all!)
