Back from St Agnes where I watched the game with a family of Oxford United fans, an Exeter Chiefs rugby fan, a German couple hiding from their coach party and a large dog which may have belonged to the landlord. Needless to say, there was some sympathy for my plight but little enthusiasm for the game. The Doom Bar was very drinkable and the Cornish pasty might have won a medal at the local fair but the atmosphere was a shade muted and I had far too few opportunities to shriek at the scoring opportunities created. The dog did stir when the ball was headed off the line in injury time. Mrs H bought a very nice plate at the fair which she says will look very nice next to the television so apparently the day was not entirely wasted. Oh, and by the way, it p*ssed down all day in Cornwall. Just about sums it up really...
I am absolutely gutted for all my friends on here, make it the autos next term ! Shattered now so off to bed! Night all Night H
Back to hospital in the morning for the result of last week's scan - never a good day - still it is the real world I guess
Morning all from a dull overcast bandit country - or is that just my mood! Very disappointing day all round and we just not do ourselves any justice at all. So it's looking forward to next season and the inevitable changes that will be require to move us on a step. I am just about "footballed" out having been to more games this season than I have done in years and will do so again next season...we have to stay positive and behind Zola. We are going away for some sun tomorrow morning, so that will be a chance to get away from football for a bit. But it will be full on next season as Little Miss W_Y has got a new job with the OB company that will be covering Prem games for BT Sport - so she will be working most of them and will be full of it. Poor Mrs W_Y will be pulling her hair out at all the football talk at the dinner table! Everything crossed for some positive news Lenny and hope all the moving plans are going OK. COYH

Yes, but I might just meet GG. He is in block 107 and I am in block 209 and will keep a look out. Can you walk between blocks or are you restricted to your own segment? Well I did actually meet GG and his beautiful wife Ruth. How nice it was to meet a fellow not 606er and put a human face to a name.
