Nah I'm Danish, but it was the last Lada to come out of the Soviet Union. It's kind of historical in that respect!!!
A little rumor from a good source is that laudrup isn't happy coz the board want Emnes and Jones and laudrup isn't happy because he has his own targets. Dunno how true?
I doubt that is true, I know that targets have been identified and work is underway to get them signed.
I can't see it being true as I think everyone knows that they will be no improvement to what we have already.
Surely we've given up on Emnes haven't we? I can't see why the board wouldn't fully back Laudrup with his targets. Why would they rock the boat and push for players that he's not keen on? Maybe it's old news
huw and the board looks as if they are playing silly buggers with laudrup in regards to the money he wants and the money they want to give him.....he wants to stay here but he needs the tools to do it......now where have we heard that line before.....give him what he wants or he will walk and we dont want that....he is no yes man...
Exactly, laudrup would have bn given a kitty amount b4 to prepare, but if the board are being funny with his targets then he has the tenancy to walk, it does explain the rumors flying I'm the media a bit.
Here starts the histrionics .chill it's old news we were debating this story 2 years ago ,do you honestly believe that we're after a Championship player who hasn't exactly set the world on fire since he left us .
Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup warns that the club will need to spend money on new players in the summer not only to improve the squad but also to avoid being overtaken. "At this club we cannot pretend to think that we are going to win another major trophy next year or even the year after that because that will be very *difficult," the 48-year-old told reporters. "However, if we're talking about the Premier League, I think we will have to improve just to stay where we are now. "It will be very, very tough to stay in mid-table because some of the other clubs below us want to invest to improve." As exclusively revealed by Goal, Swansea centre-back Ashley Williams has agreed terms to join Arsenal this summer, with reports linking clubs with moves for the likes of Ben Davies and Michu as well.
Huw Jenkins has just stated that our best signing of all was Michael Laudrup himself. I therefore cannot believe that he and the Board would be so utterly stupid as to go back on their word and refuse to back the manager in his transfer dealings.
That's what I said when I was told. Let's hope it's just a stupid rumor, just the guy works the the liberty!
I for one don't hold anything the press say to heart, their agenda is to sell papers or TV subscriptions etc, the only time to take seriously these reports is if its the full interviews or club statements and so on. The media are kings of out of context articles
Not being funny , but I know people who work down the stadium but unless it's comes from the board then I treat it as being rumours and speculation.Theres a long close season in front of us and this will be the theme ,no story so lets make one up , we should be used to it by now.
when its reported ""At this club we cannot pretend to think that we are going to win another major trophy next year or even the year after that because that will be very *difficult," the 48-year-old told reporters. "However, if we're talking about the Premier League, I think we will have to improve just to stay where we are now. "It will be very, very tough to stay in mid-table because some of the other clubs below us want to invest to improve." then its obvious that they are his words.... We all know what Huw and the board are like when it comes to money and all im saying is they had better come to some agreement or laudrup will walk......His reputation is on the line here if he wants to manage a big team in the future and i cant see him ever jeopardizing that if the club does not match up to his own ambitions...
