I agree and disagree there. I wouldn't want Tevez, he is a mercenary just like Mascherano, all he is really interested in is money! However, I agree that it would only be good business IF we got a suitable or adequate replacement, if we blow it like we did the Torres money (fair enough, we got Suarez too but I'm clearly talking about Carroll) then we may as well not bother!

 

So Falcao is meant to have a physical for Monaco..... that man/agent is all about the $$$$$$

So it seems Real will be one of Suarez primary suitors this summer and are starting at 40 million. I would take that plus a player. Albiol, Callejon, Di maria ( doubtful), Higuain ( doubtful), Coentrao ( probably on way to Monaco), Alonso. Something like that. 40 plus the 20 mil for the summer could see us add a lot of needed pieces to the team.

Do I want to lose Suarez? no. Do I think him staying will help us? yes. Do I think us selling him might help us further down the road? unfortunately yes, we do not have deep pockets and a quality player plus a **** ton of cash to put into the team could do wonders.

It is a tough spot, I want him to stay but I see the benefit and how much the team could be strengthen. On top of that, you know FSG might have the PR, media on the mind with Suarez and all his troubles at the end of the day.

 

that's true Gerrez, we would probably need the extra money to play his fecking wages anyway.

i think personally Suarez will be going no where for next season, think there is a few clubs looking at him who would like him,but he has a ban and they may want to see if he has sorted himself out first, i think sort of the same thing with Bale, if he doesn't go to utd he will stay, i think a few clubs might be interested but the price Levy will want i reckon foreign clubs will want to make sure that he isn't a one season wonder first, be nice if Real went for him as it is unlikely they will have funds for both players, could be some good deals to be had with player swaps, but will they come to us with no European football, and spurs only in the Europa.

think both will stay where they are, or Bale will go to utd.

Rafa, Roy and Dalglish had such great words for Wilson when he was 18. The new Hansen was suggested. But it just never happened. Hopefully we will see him in the PL again some day.

 

Finally, the circus has begun, Wilson out.

Shame he never really got the chance to impress, he's clearly a good player, and I think this move will help him grow and set up a move elsewhere in time.

Wilson just didn't look physically or technically up to being a defender in the premier league, sadly.
