Just read that's what we earned this year, how should we spend this little pot then?

There could even be enough to get you pissed in the stadium on the extortionately priced dishwater <yikes>

What's our wage bill at the moment £3 mil a year ? say we write off what we earned from our sales to pay for the training facilities , how much would the upgrade to the Liberty cost ? Anyone know ? If we say £20 mil, That would still leave a good wedge for some new faces and leave some in the pot.

Our wage bill must be much bigger than that surely? 1 player on 30k a week would be 1.5 million a year without bonuses

I don't know that's what I'm saying but matchday revenues must be contributing to that surely? So if we say £5-8 mil tops I think we will still be on a sound financial footing don't you think?

I have requested this before but it all falls on deaf ears in The Liberty.....

Hooters Bar and a descending pole onto the centre circle at half time

I have heard this girl is in for an interview, all pints shaken not stirred .....

Thanks for that interesting reading :emoticon-0148-yes: matchday revenue was 6 mil then which will increase with the proposed upgrading of the Liberty. As you say wages were £ 30 mil but still we are in a very healthy situation as compared with many other teams.( mentioning no names but would love to see them's down the road balance sheet ) Can't fault the board can you and did I read right that Mel Nurse and co are still ' owed ' 400k . There should be a statue of him outside the Libert too imo .

I met Mel about 6 months ago, I was doing some work in some of his properties, he was exactly the same as on that fall and rise programme, very passionate about the swans and came across as a lovely guy. And I agree about the statue for him, he helped save our club.

Gentlemen, Swansea had revenues of £108,000,000 confirmed as of last week and that did not include the commercial side from Dec '12 to May '13.

Got a meeting later this week, to see if we can have a franchise of Hooters at the Mary Hinge.
