Danny could be on his way to Cardiff according to the Daily Star http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/316338/
Oh dear I hope not. And not because of his link to you guys, but he's just been **** since he left you!
Hmm, not overly impressed if this is true. Given your views on his social life it doesn't seem he is the type of player MM wants. But never say never... Hardly shone in Sunderland.
Well, Mackay knows what he's getting with him and how he could use him. He might be the best guy to turn his career around. He was a good player for us and did a great job in our first season. In the second, he still came on and made a difference in games but there was clearly something wrong behind the scenes. He claims it was homesickness etc so it would be strange for him to come back to Wales - there does seem too many rumours, but then Mackay might be the guy who can help him. I liked him a lot as a player and I wouldn't begrudge him the move. That said, if I was a Cardiff fan I would be torn (possibly a great player for £4million, possibly a disaster, certainly a gamble.)
He may do ok for them to be fair he was just not right for us in the end.....good luck to him i say...
You never know it may work out for both Cardiff and Danny but it would be a big gamble - good luck to him whatever as he is clearly not in Di Canio's good books. I resisted the temptation to click on the following headline on that Daily Star page as it may have influenced my behavior when I got home tonight! GWYNETH PALTROW: I END ROWS WITH ORAL SEX
all players look after their own interests and dont care who they play for as long as they get paid enough...
Good luck to him. He's obviously got issues but he served us well last season. With a bit of luck he can misfire them to relegation next season
He wanted to be closer to home so it defeats the object of why he left us. He will always regret missing that Cup Final medal - and it was probably his goal at Chelsea that got us there.
