the trouble with sending Shelvey on loan is its less funds available to buy other players, are the people who want him to go on loan confident it will make any dif, personally i am not, so sell him and get the funds and put towards other players.

the press are just making easy links as too lazy to do anything else.

only 3 clubs i fear he could leave for are Barca,Real and Bayern, add utd to that i suppose in principal, but don't think Luis would want to work under Moyes and we would never accept their offer anyway or he would go.

thought the press was convinced Luis was going to Bayern, next week it will be Mourinhio in shock bid to land Luis.

I'd be quite happy to see him go for a lot of money frankly. Barca just bought neymar so gerrez can shut the f up finally on that and it percludes barca coming in.... Real are the only one to really go for him. Bayern might want him and could pay 40mil but i just don't see them bidding for a biter... the germans frown on that sort of thing


I would love city to buy him but the price jsut wnet up seeing it's city. We have him out for the first 6 games anyway so run it to the death and rack up the price.... a bidding war would be great but the truth is the guy is untouchable

he is very yuong but he's a guy who thinks he's already great not just good. Thats his problem. He could be great but in the end we need to let him go to develop himself as its a case of one too many.

sounds plausible but he could just be one of these types who makes a rumor just so he can turn round and say told you so but in reality got lucky.

knew someone on an old forum who was mates or something with someone who knew Carra personally, so we always got the lineups before they happened and they was spot on every time, and that was quite an achievement considering it was Rafa who was manager and changed the team all the time, so we knew it was genuine.

if true he has cleared the locker we must assume they have agreed a price or quite close to it.

not sure how i feel personally, i have felt for some time he has been performing just to get a move, don't mean that in a harsh way as i think he was committed to the cause here, its just he has always wanted to play for Barca and to be fair who can blame him considering he is Spanish anyway.
