Well, RVP plays in the Premiership, and particularly Man Utd, so will always have preferential treatment A bit like Rooney's overhead shinner!
I have looked at these again. For me Vydra's is better... he is just that little bit more on the turn... Great goal

Absolutely he is much more tightly tracked. A great goal.... I have said elsewhere that it is the best I have seen of the season. Although the Chalobah goal was out of this world. The Chalobah was a shot in a million. Vydra's goal however had so much more about it..... He is on the move. He has to reach to get the superb pass through. He has to angle himself and volley at the same time Superb...
Why Vydra's goal is better: It was his weaker foot It was a tighter angle. Vydra had less time to think about it The way it came to Vydra was harder Watford don't have the standard of training Man United do Vydra is 21 Vydra was out of form This was Vydra's first season in England Vydra plays for Watford
Vydra's goal is the better goal. For all the reasons Lloydinio said, plus.... RVP is running in on goal and facing the ball as well. He is already away from the defenders as the ball is played. A straight forward volley... fantastic technique, usually end up in row Z... but fairly straightforward. Matej is running away from the goal and the ball is passed from behind him; he has to make the space between the defenders; he cannot be looking at the goal. RVP will win, Matej plays for Watford.
Vydra's is far the better - RVP's effort being fairly run of the mill IMO. I base that on my own somewhat modest playing career, during which I can remember scoring at least half a dozen like it (admittedly one of them was an own goal ). There's no way I could ever have done what Vydra did, ergo.........
What are the other goals on SSN goal of the season list? Maybe it is only goals fromt he prem (I could well be wrong though)
Ah I see Maestro, maybe Vydra would have been in with a should. Nevertheless, with the number of Utd fans who probably vote, I doubt it.
The other great thing about Matej's goal was the importanc e of it. RVP's was great obviously but united were already ahead and they were going to win the league anyway. Matej's was to level things up in a play off following such a disappointing season's finale. He was also struggling to score when he did that. Regardless lloydinho's argument is the only one that matters - he plays for Watford!
Obviously, for all the reasons above, Vydra's goal is better, but the RVP goal clip has much better production
The Otters goal is better because it is better and I don't give a fig about any other club - sorry but I am a pissed up and **** it!
