Have to agree with this, as much as I'd like him off the QPR wage bill I'd hate to see him destroy another good club.
Smithers, It's a new era, a TP free zone, lets try and be happy, at least till it all goes pear shaped!!
As far as I am concerned its a new era and fresh start for the players and fans. Regardless of who we get they will have my full support until they do something stupid - or call us "this club". I am not too concerned (like alot of others) as of yet but the sooner we can make a decission the better, if only to settle the players and start the new recruitment programme.
If the new man brings us football then we will sing and the players will know and want to be a part of this new phase of development.
Well said Smithers We can not choose the next Manager so whoever it is will get 100 per cent support from me! Just do not mention the words 40pts, this club, or ever say that Shotton is our Gareth Bale... Would like to hear statements like "That was NOT good enough" if or when the team plays badly" Not excuses. I think we've all heard enough of those to last a lifetime. Oh and whoever comes in please kick some ass! Pulis as far as I know never did that publically. IF we play **** please tell it how it is.
Paul Jewell is out of a job at the moment and I'm sure he would love to have another crack to prove his doubters wrong!
Come on mate just a bit of fun! I wouldn't wish that Scouse clown on anyone! I admire what Pulis has done for you and to read some of the ungrateful comments on here is a little saddening. Good luck for next season though whoever gets the gig and just make sure you stuff the Budgies!
Fair enough mate... Good luck to Ipswich and P.S. John Wark was some player. As for Norwich I don't really worry about other clubs. Who knows, if the New Manager does not take to Mr Walters would you welcome him back to Portman Road?
I don't believe any if us are not grateful - in fact quiet the opposite. We just felt that TP was no longer delivering in line with his own objectives (3year plan and better football) or the money that was made available.
We have a Stoke poster who comes on our board and winds us up about John Walters! He was a good player for us but we are rebuilding under Mick and I don't think Johnny would fit in with his plans. I just hope that your board doesn't go for Hughes because that just doesn't make any sense! I hope they go for Gus Poyet, different style of play and it would be a bold positive move on your part. Hughes would just represent a sign of no change! Like I said good luck for next season.
Really hope for your sake you don't get Hughes! Although he was okay with Blackburn and Fulham... and City really. Also, lol at the Rafa to Stoke contingent. He's a top manager and deservedly will be appointed to a fitting club (Napoli).
