It looks like it's not as easy as was thought - despite the clause in his loan contract, City look like they might have a bit of a fight on their hands: http://www.peterleestar.co.uk/sport...and-to-hull-city-is-not-a-done-deal-1-5704713 [Corrected now! ]
Nice caption under the photo. "PROMOTED: Ahmed Elmohamady celebrsates with his Hull team-mates" What is "celebrsates"?
Hope he's not getting too greedy, as far as Sunderland fans are concerned he's not premier league quality, so he's still a risk to commit to over the top wages, we've got to stick to our guns on this, otherwise we'll have less for other players and other players will hold us to ransom
Dr. Speculator (aka Tickler) has spoken................. (.....author of a million optimistic threads/posts)
Talking about Egyptains and money, many years ago I was in Ullapool West coast Scotland, and a Egyptian fishing vessel came into port. The local Bike " called Stonaway Mary" went on board and agreed to service all the crew for 25 pounds each. After accomodating all 15 she was paid in full, only to find out she received 375 Egyptain pounds which was worth a fifth of the UK currency. It just stuck me many Elmo was talking in Egyptain pounds rather than sterling.
Is it true that one of the Egyptians later smuggled her back on board and she changed her name to "Stowaway Mary" ?
Apparently after fleeing her pimp she worked outside Britannia Stadium where she became known as "Stoke Away Mary".
