Good post. I think both Chillo and Waggy should have played for England. I agree Chillo was a great player and bloke.

The matchday coincided with our annual staff versus first 11 game so we weren't allowed off early. However, it was a bit like one of those great escape films as people going to the match sloped off through a hedge at the back of the school and the crowds around our pitch spead out to cover the escapees.
Most of us had been to the away game which was absolutely fantastic - City really deserved to win and the handball off the line was clearly visible even from the other end of the ground. Waggy's two fantastic goals in the last few minutes were at our end and the second one was just one of the very best I've ever seen.
There's a good You Tube film of the replay with quite extended highlights - great goal from Simmo but a bit of an anticlimax after the first game.

I have scanned pictures from a 4 page handout about City in 1966 from the programme for the home game V Palace 10 Dec 1966, but they are too big for this site to upload (97.7KB limit) any ideas on how to show you all?
