Exactly right. Surely you have to break rules to be banned and if spouting **** was against the rules there would be about 10 posters (and I wouldn't be one of them).
I suppose it is. But people should chill out! Whats there to complain about, just laugh at him if you're inclined to, or ignore him if you're not.
It different if he is spewing bile and vile stuff. But he basically just predicts Spurs will do something good, and then they dont and we laugh......whats to complain about?
I agree but he's been banned/warned before about it so its not as if he's a first time offender. Like I said I personally don't really have a problem with him most of the time, but I see why people do.
Every board has it's own moderators with their own views on what should be allowed, and what should not. We seem to be far more tolerant than most.
Let's face it, if being a persistent pest was the yardstick for being banned, Peskie would have been given the push ages ago.

I think he started out believing the crap he posted and then when it came back to bite him on the arse he carried on with it claiming it was just for ****s and giggles to try and save face. But he's harmless enough in a 'performing monkey' kind of way
Think about it! Most of the problems around HIAG are from those that reply to his posts not from HIAG himself. Consider also that he is banned from the Arsenal board yet Arsenal Mod PISKIE spends more time than anyone else (including HIAG himself) on his threads.

I'm all for the tongue in cheek banter, but if you remember rightly, I was laughing at hiag for his silly predictions and ability to end up with egg on his face. It was him who eventually lost his cool over it.

I'm sorry PISKIE I cannot take your comments on this subject seriously. As far as I'm concerned you are a far bigger WUM than HIAG. You ban him from your board and then have the front to spend hours on the Spurs board arguing with him. Reinstate him on the Arsenal board or curtail your activity in this area on the Spurs board. You can't have it both ways.
I have to respect the wishes of the Arsenal members who have said that they don't want him back. But to be honest, it was never an argument with him as there was no substance to argue about, it was just haig making silly comments and me rinsing him for them. haig's problem is that he's just not a very good WUM. To be honest, I don't really need to continue with it as he shows himself up without any help

I was a little disappointed with his reaction to my condescending & patronizing attitude ( see post No.23 & 47 ) in the 'St. Totteringham' thread - I was trying to put things into perspective. I know I sounded condescending & patronizing - maybe I touched on a bit of guilty conscience - but, forgive me for saying so, but I do believe that Hiag's retort to me was a little offensive ( and I can't even abide Arsenal ! ) ..........
Anyway - that's enough of that - I'm now going to concentrate on more important things than any insult to my ego - like the events in Woolwich.
