See Relayer you play it wrong! This is how it works; You praise others they think you're ok and vote for you. Hey presto you're the worlds favourite poster. This seasons most straight poster: Relayer69 You have to be a little crooked like the rest of us.
But you know I love you all, Spurf - every last one of you!! (Well, possibly with one or two exceptions..... Lol) How's that for ingratiating?? Reckon I must now be a candidate for Best Brown-Noser of the Year award??

I'll say well done to all of you, I work alot of nights which I invariably spend on this site, and have thoroughly enjoyed the highs and lows of your season through this board, I spend time on a number of boards here, but yours is my favourite with a great standard of well thought out posts and not too much bickering, and most importantly on the odd occasion that I contribute here I have not been dismissed as a lower division looney as has been case on a couple of other boards!
Oh man. Oh man. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was preparing for this....but it’s still a huge shock. Let me catch my breath for a second.................. Okay. So here I am., I know everyone says they’ve dreamt about this moment since they were a kid or whatever. I seriously did, though. Like, I would pretend I was issuing thankyou posts many times over. I would pratice speaking my text before posting them. My audience were two Dobermans, a bunch of noisy Crickets, some grasshopers and the like, These are the creatures who are really in need of thanking now.... It’s so weird, man. I’m telling you......Wow. This recognition from Spurf, which I very much appreciate, comes at the cost of a lot of other posters’ I'm sure., too many to mention but I must just give-a-big.,'big up' to my comrade who is NowsufferinginSpain, for making this category such a close run thing. And if its any consulation to you Spain., I don't drink much either. Wow man., hey! I really don’t know where I’m going with this. Maybe I didn’t practice enough as a kid! Whatever the case, Oh wait..This is the realization of a huge dream. I am truly and honestly thrilled with this award. If my work somehow made people’s lives a little better, if only for the duration of the post, then I feel like it has been a success. I thank you all sincerely from the bottom of my heart. Now where did I put that rum.

Unfortunately, I have been known to have a rather volatile temperament. Thanks for the "award" anyway. Mind you, in all the years I played Rugby I only got sent off once ( probably more luck than anything else!) I know the island well mate. My Dad lived there & is buried there - he lived in St Michael. I haven't been there for some years now, but I remember my last trip & I couldn't believe how much the island had changed. When I first went there, virtually 40 years ago, it was such a quiet, uncrowded place.
