hey guys, i haven't been here for time, i hope you all are well.

This Rooney saga is one of the Moyes's first task after taking over United.

second time in 3 years now he wants to leave.

Whatever people says, United is the team for him, if he does leave to another club then he will never be the same.

I think he should stay and Moyes has a meeting with him and hopefully convinces him to stay.

Talks are now form the papers are PSG has opened talks over Rooney.

I hope its not true and he does a U-turn again because no matter what people say i know i read some people saying hes passed it, he's over rated but that's not true, on his day he is great. I can't seem to find another striker like Rooney. It will be a big blow if he does leave because then we'll need to sign someone big who can fill his boots which will be tough.

I know No player is bigger then the club, i know Rooney is an idiot for asking to leave second time in 3 years. Does he know how many United fans love him? he will hurt and he properly already did hurt a lot of fans by wanting to leave again that's why there was boos, I think he got wrong advises. But if he does leave it will be a massive blow for us thats why i hope he ends up staying.

in this season you can still see how good he is, he missed many matches in the league. lost some of his form due to injuries but still got 16 goals and countless assists. If a Rooney who has been mostly injured in the season and not on form can produce this imagine what Rooney might produce next season if he stays fit all season? At times his and RVP's partnership looked like one of the best partnership we had.

i believe is he should stay, like what Gary Neville said, Manchester United is the best place for him.

    what do you guys think?

Hope he stays (probably fill his boots if he plays against us!) But still I don't like to see top English talent go to European clubs - I'd rather they stayed and graced the Premier League.

agreed, he's complaining about him being subbed off quite a lot of times but he needs to think over, the times he's been subbed off, was he having a good game ( apart from 3:0 aston villa )? no he didn't.

I can't see Rooney joining for another premier league team, it's either staying at United or moving abroad, i hope he stays.

Moyes is a good manager, a manager that will stay more then 3 years, he managed Everton very well with low budget.

I don't get why some people are against having Moyes, Sir Alex picked him himself, so i'm sure the legend saw something in him.Since Moyes is Sir Alex's choice, i believe in Moyes.

I know Chelsea is having Jose Mourinho back but watch, he'll be gone again by 4 years.

Let's get one thing straight here. Nobody knows the truth.
Fergie stated that his head wasn't right and that he had asked for a transfer, hence he got dropped.
Now Rooney refutes those allegations and states that he never asked for a transfer, and claims that he feels that he is being pushed out.
Antonio I appreciate your thread but let's be honest weather he stays or goes one thing we can agree on is this has dragged on to long.
If he stays and knuckles down great, if he goes he will be replaced its that simple, but with Fergie on the board I can only see one out come, "Au Revoir Rooney say high to Barton at Marseille when you play them" <laugh>

Jose's track record is that he doesn't stay for more than 3 years, but after the way he was treat at Madrid, maybe he thinks go to where he was idolized, he may stay longer this time

We don't know how Moyes will adapt to united, some managers are a better fit for a specific club.

It's ludicrous for Antonio to say that Moyes will stay for 3 years +, as we don't know what can happen in the future.

I thought this was a classic case of a Ferguson grudge. He hated that Rooney made him make that cringing press conference where he pleaded with him to stay, so once he knew he was retiring he started his plan to have Rooney forced out of the club.

i'm not saying for sure Moyes will stay for 3 or more years you piece of ****, there's more chances of Moyes staying at united for 10 years then Jose mourinho staying with Chelsea for 5 years.

i agree with Novak, he may stay longer this time but thats only going to be 1 ore 2 years longer.

who's knows maybe Moyes might not make it long too but Sir Alex thinks he can, that's one of the main reason why Sir Alex picked him, i said he's going to stay for more then 3 years believing Sir Alex, unless you want to argue you know more then Fergie, Moyes won't stay for that long then you can, as we all know, your opinions are soo anti-United. I'm sure anyone here hardly believes what you say

Untrue. You don't know that. Mourinho might want to settle down as he's won the title in the 3 big leagues.

Yeah agreed. This is taken too long, Rooney needs to sort his ego out. how could he second time in three years, he wants to leave. This is a disgrace, if he is to stay then great, good news for useven though some of the fans have been let down for him and some fans might of forgave him before but not now.

maybe. we just have to wait and see but every season, Jose needs to have a good season because your owner loves sacking managers even after one bad season.

    One thing is for sure,
    Moyes at United
    Jose at Chelsea (probably)
    Pellegrini at City (probably)
    New Boss at Everton
    New Boss at Stoke
The fabric of the Premier League is changing and in 22 years of it this could be the most exciting season coming up!
I for one can't wait to see what happens, transfers in and out, formations it's going to be EPIC!!!!!!!

Football has changed since Ferguson took charge of united. If Moyes has a bad season, you don't know how the glazers will react, they are in the stock exchange after all.
