Had no time for lunch, boiling on site so where treat to Feasts, Fab's, Magnums and Cornettos, I chose a Feast as wanted to keep it old school! Now just to decide on Dinner, Pub Meal or Curry House????

A day of tasty food has been had. .

Lunch was my special scrambled egg which has chilli powder, spring onion, chorizo, mushrooms and spring onions in

Dinner for starter made squid in a crispy coating with garlic mayo, main was surf and turf steak and scallops.

    Sounds nice.

I've had good day, breakfast was porridge with banana.

Dinner was veg soup, a protein shake, a banana and an orange.

Tea was grilled salmon, salad and new potatoes with coleslaw. Played squash before tea.

Kind of wrecking it now with two or three Cidre!

I'm bloated now too. Cidre is ok for two but push it to three and all hell breaks loose. It's gassy as ****, I've barely taken the lid off the third too.

Got the golf first thing tomorrow, the weather looks perfect so if I **** it up it's my fault. Weather looks **** for Monday so that'll probably be it.

Barbecue Sunday evening, will have to sort out some meat, not bought anything yet. My bit will be chicken themed and then there will be the obligatory burgers and sausage and such like.

I take it the new Matth is banned already? Can't see on the phone app.
Some people have sad lives, and I'm talking about the banner, not the bannee.

In other news, anyone see Acworth on the news?

Don't see why brb has to ban him.

Mrs cooked last night.. Had monk fish smothered in a sun dried tomato and basil paste then wrapped in Parma ham and baked. Served with mustard mash, and sautéed leeks. Bloody lovely it was.

Off to bandit country today. Though I think the whole of Wales will descend on the beaches today..

    Where you decided to go?

I've got some white appliances to move about but it's a barbecue later. And lots of cold beverages.
Went out last night as it goes, got a bit of thick head after a mixed gallon of Cidre and ales.
