It's just on match day when local pride takes over and we have the old Tyne-Wear rivalry in the 'Cock of the North' games of the season for both teams. The idiots that take it further than just getting behind their team, aren't supporters, they're hooligans and as such just bring shame on their club.
Put me down as 1. I like to think I can view results objectively for example I in both derby matches Newcastle were by far the better team. Simple as. I work in Newcastle and enjoy the banter. I am a Sunderland fanatic and always will be however I stop reading posts when they startsgetting out of hand. BTW had a fantastic night last night at the SOL watching Take That.
I don't really put myself in any particular category: I simply respond to posters opinions in the way I see fit. Sometimes that may mean I can have empathy with certain Mags and can disagree with cartain Sunderland fans. However, I do believe that it is a genuine fact that the majority of Sunderland fans are reasonable level headed supporters and the majority of Mags are most certainly not. And there are certain Mags on here that simply boil my piss.
