    Pellegrini wont be in that job long, the uppermanagement have set his targets and they want him to win 5 trophies in 5 years with one of them being the champions league trophy

    Not quite.

    They've said they want to average a trophy a season over the 5 year spell and that the Champions League, Premier League, and FA Cup are what they mean by those trophies. Providing they weren't being embarrassed by going out in the group stages of the Champions League every season 5 PL titles would keep them well and truly happy.
