Ooh, my gut says Hamilton but this is a hard race to predict. As others do, I think that this is Mercedes' best chance yet and Rosberg, well, possibly but Lewis has long had a habit of bouncing back spectacularly from a bad race so for these reasons, and a fair dose of fandom, I'm voting Lewis.
Light-moderate showers still predicted for Saturday. If the front speeds up it could harmlessly pass through on Friday but if it slows down it could rain on Sunday. Could make for a interesting qualifying.

From the mouths of the FIA: Changes to the circuit since 2012 ► The track has been resurfaced on the pit straight and between turns 1 and 3. ► A number of improvements have been made to the left-side debris fencing on the approach to turn 3 and on the left between turns 8 and 10. ► A new 50cm wide kerb has been installed at the apex of turn 5. ► The kerb at the exit of turn 19 has been widened by 20cm.
