As I said earlier I was at Wembley in '92 and it was a hostile atmosphere,both sides giving it all and as Dan said,like now the expats bought tickets as we did so there was a mixture all over the ground.The match ended up 1-1 but that didn't seem to stop Irish pubs and areas getting attacked afterwards,the 3 Barrels in NW London springs to mind,good job Ireland didn't manufacture cars

 

Neasden? Used to be one of my regular haunts! I live one stiop from Wembely and i won't be venturing outdoors next Wednesday evening that's for certain. You probably know yourself there's a huge Irish community in that area (my parents included) and there's always one or two that will be happy to deal with anything taht may come their way.
