Evra not better than Baines. Guzan not better than Cech. Toure had a poor season. Benteke deserved a few team of the weeks but not season.

James Lawton.

"When Suarez committed his biting atrocity – for a second time in his career – his manager Brendan Rodgers’ reaction was similar to his predecessor Kenny Dalglish’s when the player was found guilty of racism."

Suarez wasn't found guilty of racism, but don't let that get in the way of your LFC hate fest Jimmy boy.

"Atrocity" -Hmmm.
If some of these sports hacks were made to do the work of some genuine journalists, they might get out to Syria or Afghanistan and learn the meaning of the word.

5. Really wish the club would make an example of one or two of these "journalists" but I fear it would only be spun on its head to make us look like the bads guys again...

Bye bye Pulis!

Mourinho to ££££, Pulis to Everton (won't happen but would be hilarious) and the Chavs end up Martinez.

The Liverpool Former Players Association hosted a Gala Awards Dinner at the Hilton Hotel to honour players from across the decades who have been a part of the club’s success story.
The event, sponsored by Carlsberg and Wongs Jewellers, was hosted by Claire Rourke and Matt Critchley from LFC TV and many of the former players were present to honour those receiving awards.
Jamie Carragher received a standing ovation as he picked up his award for Player of the Decade 2000-2010 at the bash last night.
Brendan Rodgers, despite the event clashing with the League Managers Association Dinner in London, said he "could think of no better place to be than honouring those who have made Liverpool great!”
Chairman of the Liverpool Former Players Association Jan Molby said: “I am delighted so many of the former players have joined us here tonight to celebrate the amazing achievements of some remarkable footballers spanning six decades.”
Lifelong Liverpool Fan, John Bishop, presented former Liverpool Manager Roy Evans with a Lifetime Achievement Award, while Luis Suarez picked up the Player of the Season Award for 2013.
Margaret Aspinall, chairwoman of the Hillsborough Family Support Group, presented Ian Rush with the award for Player of the 80s, while Brendan Rodgers presented Phil Thompson with the gong for Player of the 70’s.
Rounding off an emotional evening, Alan Kennedy honoured Ron Yeats as the Former Player’s Association choice for Player of the 60’s.
