Good find on that article, tbh, i'll take £10 million any day, please let us have him. We need a quality striker, and I know he can be lazy, but given the higher standard of our midfield compared to when he was last at WHL, i think he'll be fine for 2-3 seasons at least. And even being lazy, he was top scorer this season in the league
I have a feeling not being on the bench was the result rather than the cause. To not use Owen even with hernandez playing so badly showed he never had any intention of doing so. That being the case i can't see why Owen would be on the bench instead of him. My theory. He got angry when told he was not starting and was then removed from the team.
