for me thats indeed horse poopoo.... if pepe returns to barca its will best wishes for doing it right... if a good fee is agreed and we see no fabregas style messing. I would certinly not mind begovic having put him in my FF team 3 years running.

its all just a question of who's happy where. if pepe wants barca we can hardly stand in his way as when there's something special theres something special... same for alonso i am sure if he leaves real there is only home or here. cheslea ought not to come into it.

 

I've heard alonso to Milan. Would fit the role and is something they do need. Midfield looks lost with the pirlo type of player in there.

Who would you like to get to replace him? Gameiro could be a good option?

 

Rather than go for a central striker, I would like another versatile player who can slot across the front line - Gameiro would fit the bill. We need another winger who can also play as an attacking midfielder (centre - similar to Coutinho).

 

I agree, wouldn't mind Gameiro and HBA to replace Downing and Carroll, although I still feel we need another forward type player.

Regardless of who we sign I do like the fact that we seem to be learning from past mistakes..
Not over paying for players (example, moving away from Williams and on to Toure), and
Appear to be getting our business done early!

4 Ford like signings this summer, its all I want!

 

Think we also need to be moving quickly with PSG, City, Chelsea, and now Monaco soon to be throwing out crazy money at players.

 

I'll tell ya something right now, I've watched a lot of Schalke and German football, if Papadopoulos was to sign for us my hopes for next season would drastically improve, if I could hand pick an up and coming CB I'd pick him every day of the week. Him and Toure coming in would be very shrewd, hopefully if we are actually in for them we'll get our business done early. Not a bad choice of players!

 

Draxler, Farfan, can we throw them in the mix?
