Some **** tell me how to get the ****ing thing out. I've tried drilling the ****er, I've tried using a rubber band but the ****ing thing won't come out.
UNscrew it. This is generally done by turning the screw in the opposite direction to the way you put it in. Welcome.
It's a screw and some ****ing ****er screwed it tighter than the virgin marys ****. I can't be too rough either cause its a hard disk I'm removing.

Does it have a head or is it countersunk?If it has a head you could try filing or use a piercing saw to create slot for screwdriver.If it's from a hard disk probably small screw so maybe you can get a grip on it with a nail pliers?

It "had" a head. My rage has long destroyed what was left of it though, had already tried creating a new flathead slot but it failed miserably. I think I'm just gonna give up <speed>
