Forget the scousers...

Discussion in 'Manchester United' started by Heavy Metal Toon, May 28, 2011.

  1. I'm not really fond of you lot, but i ****ing hate the deluded scouse ****s, so just ingore them because they can't stand the fact that you're about 1 million times better than them, and their legendary Kop support died years ago.

I'd rather go to Old Trafford then spend another ****ing second in that ****hole they call Liverpool, never mind Anfield!

You were just outclassed by the best team in the world, but Rooney's goal was a cracker i must admit.

Well done for getting that far. <ok> Winning the title and coming 2nd place in the CL is a good season!!

there is outclassed, Arsenal, or unfortunate Real at home, then there is just plain humiliation, it is the manner of the loss and not the loss, most fans would be happy if the manager and team gave a good account of themselves which unfortunately apart from Vidic and Ferdinand they didn't.

What was with Rooney strolling around the pitch when barca backs had the ball, he really thinks he is bigger than the club, hernandez was dead weight in a game where you need ball winners not untried weaklings. Park Valencia Carrick Hernandez Evra had their limits exposed. The ties flattered united, Chelsea very poor, Marseille also poor and schalke, oh dear, though I do understand why united thought they had a chance but I guess you don't really understand how good Barca were.
Fergie puts on Nani when United cant get the ball? Doh, should have been 451 dropping the mayan and dropping rooney into midfield and putting on Berba, the high press offered for 10 minutes was suicide and anly served to tire United out quicker, the game plan was not right and the staff not good enough to shut them out never mind outscore.

Its easy to be an expert now isn't it BBF? I thought they did quite well although their midfield was pretty much destroyed.

Would have been impressed if Berba had came on given that he wasn't in the squad

Not really a shock to be honest...
Barca are too much to handle unless you are lucky enough to catch them on a poor day...

I never thought we'd even make it to the final back at Christmas time, so coming second is definately more than i'd ever expected..
It's never a nice feeling to lose in a final, but there's no shame in losing to a team like Barca...
Being second in the world to this Barca team is good enough for me..
Credit where credit is due, no excuses, they are the best team in world football - No point arguing it.

Looking forward to the summer anyway, and I hope that we can add some much needed creativity to our midfield.
Hopefully we can retain the title next season... <ok>

Ah bless the little geordie toe rag....Guess he's not from Newcastle, as its the biggest s**thole on the planet, full of insignificent little nobodies. Following a team with no ambition, like the fans. If you've seen Geordie Shores you'll understand why the rest of the country llaughs at Geordie's..the missing link between apes and man.
