**** it, I know it's still five days away but there's bugger all else happening at Celtic right now worth talking about. No Wanyama or Kayal available due to suspension means we're going to have to rely more than ever on Broony's drive and determination in in the middle of the park. Sammy has to be a definite starter. I hope Hooper at least puts on a show in what could be his last game for the club. Let's hope the excitement and drama of the semi-finals carries on into the final.
--------------------Forster Lustig-------Mulgrew-------Wilson---------Izaguirre ---------------Brown----Ledley --------------------Commons Forrest-------------Hooper---------------Samaras 4-3-3/4-2-1-3/4-2-3-1/4-5-1/4-4-2 type formation which will bamboozle the pretenders from Leith.
Hopefully a wee Hampden in the Sun day oot, with a few goals knocked by the Leith Junkies. Question though, how many Hibs fans who left before half time of the semi final, have the bare faced cheek to be there on Sunday?
me thinks he will find a place for chico in midfield and ambrose at centre half. expect sammy to miss out. Did he not say after the semi final that hampden does not suit Sammy?
What's everybody's memories of their first cup final ??? I can remember 1973 when the Huns beat us 3-2 Jimmy Johnstone had a good goal disallowed . The first live cup final on telly was 1977 when Lynch scored from a stonewall penalty , the first one I attended was the riot in 1980 when Danny Mcgrain scored with a rocket shot ( I know George got a wee touch ) .i must have been to 15/16 Scottish cup finals , how many have other posters been to ??? was the best final 1985 Provan free kick or 1988 Frankie bhoy double ???
Get up you ****s, it's time to pin the rosette on the dog and get up for mass before the cup final!!! My house was not a soccer house so I have no memory at all of when I first became aware of the Scottish cup. It wasn't readily available to me as a kid. One day all of a sudden it was just.... There.
I've been to Mass already and have been reliably informed that it will indeed be six ****in' nil to the Hoops.
Celtic team v Hibernian: Forster, Lustig, Wilson, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Forrest, Brown, Ledley, Commons, Stokes, Hooper surprised stokes starts, always thought lennon didnt trust him. looks 442 to my untrained eye
