Isn't that odd we lose players sign no one but our odds for promotion tumble. What do they know that we don't? Or has SL had a big punt on us going up?

It probably went down die to league 1 being confirmed. I honestly think we will be up in the top 3, Or lingering around it.

Odds schmods who really gives a damn? We will be what we will be and the proof will come when they lace up the boots. Onwards and upwards.

Rather funny Wolves are the favourites but for some reason I just don't fancy them I suppose it depends on their manager how they develop as they seem set to lose most of their players.

Bit like us hawk new managers bring hope.
Wolves and us should be aiming top two.

Its always difficult to judge relegated teams as u know there will be changes with better players leaving and untested players coming in.

The media gives the impression that many of the current wolves first team will be joining Skuse in Micks new build.

there are plenty of teams already in league one that are playing better than us this season but if we make the changes and bring in new players we can only get better.

Top 6 is a must but our playoff record is shocking so we need a top 2 finish which this season might be too much to ask for

Anything below play offs has to be considered a failure. FFP rules affect everyone in L1 not just us, so every club will have to cut their cloth accordingly, so it follows that the better supported clubs should be able to pay better wages and thus attract better layers, and we will be in the top 4 supported sides in L1.

The odds were right last season. Sky bet put us at last and we came last, convincingly.

This season I think third is too high for us, unless SOD gets to buy at least 5 new players. The squad needs a complete overhaul if we're to stay in this league, and without a needed change I think we'll be lucky to stay in this league. A lot of people have been saying that the quality here is poor, but from what I've watched they'll be more than a match for us.

If SOD can buy the right players, EARLY, and well before pre season starts then we might have a chance of hitting the ground running for once in terms of the players knowing each other and the manger instilling his work ethic and values into them.

Preparation is everything in football, and we've been criminally bad at it for donkeys years.

Some very strange odds on that list too

I reckon Oldham under little Lee will do more than ok and Tranmere, although they fell away last season, should be better fancied than 28/1.

Who can forget the 6-0 drubbing we took up there a good few years back....Horrible memories and a horrible team at the time as well
