Mad dog has had commitment issues in the past but there's no doubt that his no nonense style would suit us and what we expect of our players - Del boy are you listening Liam Trotter, he runs when he wants
Not sure Fergie could take the pressure at a big club like us. Not exactly done great at Peterborough but would imagine he would stay to get them promoted from league 1.
Did get us to the fa cup final. Not sure if we got relegated due to him or not. Was he still with us or did chairman at time not invest in the team. There are certainly worse candidates out there.
I wouldnt mind him back would take no nonsense He left because wasnt it popolollypop wouldnt invest to take us further ?
He already had the most money given to him more than any other previous Millwall manager, that's how it was reported at the time anyway when he asked for more money for a play-off push at the time
The prick is the new favourite now FFS! http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/millwall/next-permanent-manager
Meanwhile the South London Press is touting Gary Johnson and claiming that although Yeovil have offered the bloke a £2 million budget for new players we might give him £6 million to splurge. Frankly that sounds like a load of old rubbish to me - but had Kenny been handed that sort of dosh at the turn of the year I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have been consigned to watching the pathetic flotsam that was floating aimlessly around the pitch towards the end of last season and with any luck we would have been in or around the play-offs.
I said GJ when he was at 33's and he's apparently going to be interviewed this week, he has Champ experience but most importantly on a budget so is our kind of man and was totally **** on at the Wurzels after getting them only one game from the Prem Living in Bristol and having to relocate can't be an issue for him if he's applied for the job, he's out of contract this summer so no compo to pay unlike Dychey at Burnley. I did say at the time recently that it would be fair enough if he'd want a crack at the Champ if he got Yeovil up so we'll see but if he's applied and going to be interviewed for the job then he obviously can't be bothered about staying at Huish Park.
