    Am i the only person that think this is going to be one of the most boring champions league finals in a while?
    Barcelona passing it in triangles no where near the Man Utd box, Man Utd with 9 players behind the ball and Hernandez stood at the top of the pitch with his hands on his hips. Doesn't really have the makings of a classic for me.

    Every thing is football is hyped up like that. It's always gonna be the best F.A. Cup final that we've had for years, The Premiership is always the most exciting since it's inception and it's always the most exciting CL final in years. The last exciting cup final I can remember was Liverpool v West Ham in 2006. Most exciting premiership was when we came 2nd under KK and CL final probs Liverpools comeback against AC.

    Sometimes wonder if I'm the only one who would really love to see him at Newcastle. <deluded>
    If we want somebody who is a proven 20+ goal scorer would play the newcastle number 9 with pride, who better than the guy who grew up wearing a Berbatov 9 newcastle shirt?

    It obviously won't happen, but some 'what if' threads I've read here in the past lead me to believe most people wouldn't be happy to see him here - which is strange to me.

    This is true, but could you not say that he's simply not happy being a backup player and is the sort of guy who dreams of being an iconic centre forward? There's even hilarious youtube videos of him sulking on the bench for Man U. He obviously wouldnt be a bench player for us. Seems as though he'd thrive on being worshipped as a main centre forward.
