Nothing like getting in early, but lets get some predictions in on what you think will happen next season. We are all in the same boat nobody knows who is coming in, who is leaving and what managerial changes are going to happen, if any. So it goes like this Champions - Champion League Qualifiers 2 - 4 Europa League Qualifiers 5 - 6 Top half of the league 7 - 10 Bottom half of the league 11 - 15 Survivors 16 - 17 Relegated 18 - 20 Here is GiveMeFootball's predictions http://www.givemefootball.com/346232-premier-league-201314-season-predictions

Yeah it is early, but its only a bit of fun, and we can take a look to see how things pan out in the fullness of time, and even make alterations Champions - Man City Champion League Qualifiers 2 - 4. - Man U, Spurs, Chelsea Europa League Qualifiers 5 - 6. - Arsenal and Everton Top half of the league 7 - 10 - West Brom, Newcastle, Liverpool and Swansea Bottom half of the league 11 - 15. - West Ham, Southampton, Fulham, Norwich & Stoke Survivors 16 - 17. - Cardiff, Aston Villa Relegated 18 - 20. - Hull, Sunderland , Watford or Crystal Palace

I don't have a clou about the other clubs - but the way I've seen Swansea play since you won the trophy, I think you're beeing very optimistic about a top half finish. ML said this is the top+ level for Swansea. x The signings were fantastic this season x There was only one major injury x There was the "Laudrup effect"; a major star showing up in a smaller club x Swansea is a club with a low budget Please don't misunderstand me, I was the one counting the points when CL was in reach. But I am a realist too. I understand why ML is speaking of bringing in half a team: There will be major changes: remember ML always spoke of working with a small squad, so young players can compete for the 1# team. Next season will be crucial for further survival in the premiership - counting to 40 was relatively easy this year, but the way the team has been looking lately I think Swansea will struggle. Hope to be proven wrong.
I understand what you are saying, but I am guessing on the assumption that we will have a striker next season. If Swansea had a striker that Laudrup was willing to play, meaning Michu goes into his most effective role of Attacking midfielder, then we would have had a much improved end to the season. In a few of those matches we outplayed the opposition but obviously missed a goal threat to match our domination, yesterday was probably the best example and I am a believer that if we had scored when it was 0-0 or 1-0 to Fulham then they would not have gone on to score the other two.
When everything goes back to Zero so does the urgency !! nd that's what we have missed since hitting 40pts and winning a trophy. I don't see us doing as well next season but top 10 is not beyond us. We will be going into our 3rd season and the new guys have gained experience, including Laudrup who has made errors himself. What doesn't break you makes you stronger! the only X factor will be the Europa League, thankfully we still have a core of players that are use to playing twice a week from lower league days so I don't expect this to be a major factor. Laudrup seems to have struck the right balance with not over working players in training ,this will also help us. Im quite relaxed about next year,a good start is always critical,if we get that then I expect another decent season
Yes, this is my own feeling too. There's no playing in a comfort zone when there are no points on the board.
Terror, great minds! You have mirrored my thoughts exactly. My one reservation is that we might slip down to 11th-15th because of our Europa fixtures. Newcastle to replace us if this happens. By the way, did you get my PM? Not sure if I did it right.
