    Interesting that di Matteo was at the game sitting with GFZ.

    I wonder if Poyet was already planning on going and the Brighton mgt just pulled the plug on him after the game..... Just not sure why they would publicly suspend him and his team....

    ..... and is the poo stuff just a smelly diversion?

    (I must say though that it is outrageous that it happened and up to now no one has been brought to account.... failure of security for starters...)

    I have seen the new England football shirt. Retro fashion is good sometimes, but to look like the team you beat in 1966 is a bit silly. And why is the shirt now Nike what was wrong with Umbro making them?

    So, Pulis is leaving Stoke.... That leaves Roberto Martinez as the 2nd longest serving Premiership manager at just under 4 years. Pardew is third at about 2 and a half years! Rodgers is now 6th at under a year!

    Don't know if it showed outside of Wales but there was a good programme on last night about Swansea City. Only about 8 years ago they were within a whisker of going out of the league - they got sold for £1 and then began their remarkable rise.
