I fear that's how fans will react I would be questioning SOD if we aren't in the top 10 but he does need time.
Don't expect miracles unless the entire thought process changes for the better at Aston Gate. Until we start our season we will not be able to forecast our position and even then I will still have concerns.
I don't think we'll go up, but we'll be one of the bigger clubs in that league we shouldn't be aiming to avoid relegation
Shiny, it took us 10 years to escape last time. Ask Coventry or Sheffield U how easy it is trying to battle out of that mire. Only Peterborough seem to manage the 'yo-yo' successfully. We are not as well structured as Norwich, Sputhampton of Liecester.

I know its a hard league to get out of but we are better than "just staying up" We should be a top 10 team next season
It ain't going to be as easy as some think it will be, I don't think we will be relegated. We have to be patient saying top two is just stupid at the moment, we only have an under 21 year player on the books as a goalkeeper. Saying SoD is a miracle worker then saying only top 6 will do is what's wrong. We need to let this rebuilding process go through and go into the Championship in a much better situation than the past few years.
We have far too many players to replace and get to gel to expect a good start to the season, If we can get the right players and get them to play as a team quickly we might reach the play offs otherwise a 10th to 15th place finish next season is realistic, after all atm we have no idea who will be playing for us do we except Fontaine is still under contract.
i would be happy with 12th tbh but i don't see no reason why we shouldn't be sniffing around the top 6 near the end of the season EDIT: also if wolves gets relegated again they would equal our record of successive relegations from the top flight to the basement
