Rightly so after watching a most of the performances this year, its the least they can do! Some of the performances (a lot) have been below par by a country mile!! (My language has been toned down a ton! as am new to the forum and i want to make a good impression (to start with))

Enough is spent on players in this 'beautiful game'. If it had been an extra win bonus for the players then I'd be more sceptical But this is going to those who will actually notice the difference in their pay packet. Yes, I agree it's nothing compared to the club bonus we'd get for finishing higher in the league etc. but for once, I think Ashley is doing the right thing.

Hardly an incentive really...especially the non-playing staff ! What they gonna do...Sell pies and pull pints quicker, well **** all else has worked all season that Pardew has tried, so maybe this is the last thing they haven't tried !

Lose or draw, the players should all club together a % of their weekly take home to match the £1m Ashley has put on the table.

£1m is just pocket change for the ex-fat one. If we lose or draw he'll probably head of to Aspers straight after the game and spunk it all on roulette. Jammy bastard !
