I am sure you will be OK Yorkie. With 18K going to the STH's, there will still be over 15K left - might not get exactly where you would want to sit, but you should be OK.
Yes, it lets you choose the category and the number of tickets, it then tells you if there are seats available. If there are, it will add them to your basket - if you don't like them you can try again and see if you get "better" ones. You can do that without emptying the basket, so when you eventually decide on what you want you just remove the others from your basket. BIG TIP is don't take too long though as the basket will time out and empty - that was my problem as I was ordering 14 and I had 42 in my basket at one time. By the time I allocated the seats to the Fan ID's and deleted the others, it bloody timed out and I lost them!
Finally the day has arrived and I can get my tickets. Computer is warming up, credit card is in hand and I have cleared my whole day until I get the tickets!! Good luck everyone.
