I just watched that clip and it reminded me why I don't watch Soccer AM.

That clip was about as entertaining as listening to Agron drone on about Humberside.

    ****ing rubbish.

They filmed it the week leading upto the Cardiff City game apparantly. One of the best bits on soccer am now.
WOW, has that programme bombed since its hey day. No wonder its now only on for 2 hours instead of 3 like in the gold old days.

It is possibly the worst programme on tv and that is saying something. I actually use it as a rule now - if you like and watch Soccer AM then I know without question you're a ****.

Nope. All means all sadly. In saying that i will admit to watching it until the death of Violett Carson. She was the lady who played the hairnet queen Ena Sharples. A young Davy Jones was in it for a very short time also.

It was better in black and white for some reason.

Soccer AM was excellent, You really got the impression that it was something new, bringing a light side to the game and football highlights. Reducing the nonsense of football emotions to a comedy and light hearted entertainment. I really believed for over ten years Tim Lovejoy worked tirelessly to make a career for himself and drove the show. Unfortunately, the creativity went when he did and I am sure a number of producers behind the scenes and what is left is a bit of an embarrassment really.

Definitely room in the market for a light hearted football show that doesn't pick sides and concentrates on the love of the game.

the Footballers Football Show, Goals on Sunday, The Paper review?? Why SO SERIOUS!!!! Yes football is a game of high emotions but it doesn't mean you have to portray it that way.

Bring back Lovejoy, Fenners, Sheephead and John Dyson (the guy from Grimsby who ironically did Yorkshire News)... oh and Robbie Knox.
    THAT would make good TV.

He's not wrong. Back in the day it was quality pre-footy viewing. Unfortunately now it's utter tosh. That Max bloke is a massive cock and Hells Belles is a ****ing mess!
Face like a sack of smashed crabs!

    Yep.

Lovejoy was the silliest **** on TV back when Soccer AM first started.

He may well still be the silliest **** on TV, is he still on the telly or does he make a living opening supermarkets in Margate whilst wearing a Chelsea track suit?

Massive, massive bellend that he is.

    Can't stand the ****.
