    Query..... can you book online... or with this thing about fan IDs and number of games... can you only do that by speaking to an agent.. I base this query on previous experiences this season where in the end they could only work out if I had bought tickets this season by a phone conversation?

    Yorkie, I'm fairly sure you'll be OK online. With your fan ID it only let's you into the booking site if it knows you've got the correct privileges. What I don't know is, if for example you pick yellow section online, whether you can choose which bit of yellow or it will just allocate automatically.

    Yorkie - I'm fairly certain that you can book online. By entering your fan ID it's already validated that you have a valid fan ID and it's a simple enough cehck in the database to see if you have purchased a ticket against that ID. Of course you would have had to have purchased the ticket against the ID. Quick check would be to log in and look at your purchasing history - also tests that you can log in OK.

    But from what I hear, getting tickets is so random that a lot of people got through on the phones quicker that on-line, so no need to worry too much!

    There certainly isn't in my school - the lowest score achieved in this was 8/10 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22512744

    That was the teachers though - we're yet to try it on the kids. <laugh>

    Bit worried as it looks like I am out from 9.00 in the morning <yikes> Hope there will be tickets left at 6.00!



    .... now checked the history... it is all there so hopefully should be fine
