The club says it was even busier than the same w/e last year with folks renewing their ST's at a rate of knots.

Perhaps this is not surprising given the unexpected and dramatic drop in prices.

I have renewed and a mate has bought for the first time so if we are representative then I guess the hype might actually be true?!

Now all we have to do is manage our expectations about next year. No thoughts of winning the league - yet!

    COYRss!

The only mild frustration is that the seat next to mine was not available. However, it's worth noting the following; if you purchase the nearest seat, they will put a request on that new purchase to move to the adjacent seat if it becomes availble. That is the theory.

Of course that is first come basis so worth doing sooner if you are in that situation.

    Who renewed? Not me.

If it was just the cost of the season tickets, I would have but the flight costs have been increasing steadily the past 2/3 years to a point where I just can't justify spending so much money on one area of my life to the neglect of other areas.

    Will miss it like mad.

Oh mate, that's bad news, although completely understandable. We will miss you down the pub.

You will come over for some matches though won't you?

Yes Roller, bad news indeed but I have to be realistic.

I am hoping to make maybe 6-10 matches or so. I half expect to miss it so much for one year that the following year I will get my ST's again.

Top idea, I'm in! The arguing would make more noise than R Block.

I've not renewed yet. It felt totally inappropriate to renew in the same week the gutless squad turned in yet another shocking performance. But I will of course. 51 years and counting...

A lot of positives from renewing now.Renewed mine and my sons U16 tickets and moved from NL to PL in the Lower Loft. Got an extra U16 season ticket for my daughter at £89 plus I get £25 voucher back from the club shop which kind of means her ticket works out at less than £3 a game. This is what swung it for me as wasn't able to get her a season ticket in the PL. Also checking the FAQ's I should be able to sell tickets on Viagogo for the games I won't be able to make (not saying I will get cost price I know). Also plan to make use of being able to upgrade the tickets to adult tickets up to 5 times a season per ticket and also move seats 3 times.

Me and Will aren't renewing. I have massive out-goings over the next 12 months, including a school trip to India for Will. This is 2 grand on its own. He agrees that he really wants to go on this trip and I can't do both!!
Will get to a fair few games though.

Not me, I hate watching us so why go? Ill go to the odd game depending on if the players put the effort in.

This will probably be me done as a STH until we get a new ground.

My son (10) and I renewed. To be honest I was a bit worried about him as he used to get a lot of stick at school from boys who supported premiership clubs when we were in the Championship and I thought he would be put off renewing but he just said " I support QPR, I supported them before when they were in the Championship and I will do again" - a proud moment. Will wear nothing but his QPR kit when training for his football team. Great price for him too!
