What does usernames tell us about the person behind the computer?

Is anyone else like me and looks at the username to try to gain insights to the person using them?
Some appear quite straight forward such as CyprusSyd being fond of Cyprus and Shameless and Master-Simpson having a liking for certain shows on TV. Then there is the self- explanitory ones such as Dorset Mackem (location) and Heavy Metal Toon (love of a certain type of music).
However there are others which are a little harder to fathom out, and for these examples I will stick to our feathered friends from up the road. 'Sombody Has Pinched My Sombrero' is a name which makes me wonder why/where the hell did that come from. And Forum Trolling Mackem, with the initials FTM seems to me to be a tad confused where his loyalties lie.
However, the strangest one that I have come across is Chappaz! My take on this name is that he has used the French connection, which can be litterally interpreted as 'Chap-ess' or boy girl; or as we would say lady boy. His use of a pink girl dancing as his signature adds weight to this train of thought!
As for me, I'm just plain old Mr Reginald Archibald White!
I'm sure that many of you have your own insights on this subject and I would be interested to see them.

<laugh> I'm sure Chapaz will be thrilled to read your analysis of his username!

I suppose we have to assume that Bruceys Beak is bent? :)

It is my hope to make my user name a reality soon when I move to Cyprus but you are right MrRAW, some craking names.

I move around all the boards and some of the names are fantastic. BB became a muff diver for a short while but I think he worked out he was to old for it.

I must admit that what comes to mind with this username is that you must have both Native American and Italian anscestory..I know I will be miles off the truth, but it just sounds right.

For some reason I always think of biggeordiedave as being about five feet two and six stone wet!
Bigger-Chris should really change his name to something more suitable such as 'The voice of reason and knowledge'. <whistle>

<laugh> My nickname came from the nickname I got when I lived in 'Boro. I got called 'Big Dave' and 'Geordie Dave' and sometimes an amalgamation of the two. When I tried to register 'Geordie Dave' on 606, someone already had it so I stuck the 'big' in front of it. I don't use my nickname to compensate for something <laugh> Despite being a vegetarian, I'm quite a large guy.
