That watford moment was one of the best things I have seen in football for a long while, quite funny when zola slipped over as well
I see that Pardew has now come out and said that his comment about not caring if they lost 4-0 to Arsenal was 'a Joke' I'm sure the Toon fans were in stitches at that Alan. He had to come out and counter that statement really, but something tells me they are not going to be up for this game in the same way they would be if they were fighting a relegation battle
I think it could have the reverse affect and he will get them to prove it was a 'joke' otherwise Newcastle fans will be on his back for years
I'm more worried about the Wigan game... Newcastle do have some quality but they have nothing to play for and have been poor in any case.
Anybody watching the Brighton v Palace game tonight, all poised at 0-0. I reckon it'll be a cracker. But it will take something special to beat the drama of Watford v Leicester.
Zaha puts Palace ahead, he's been lively all evening. Mancs have a made a good signing, the boy is far superior to someone like Welbeck.
So, Mancini did get the sack in the end. Deserved it for me. I thought for the most part, he was terrible at City.
Considering the money he had. He didn't seem able to choose very good "home grown" players, and he completely mismanaged both Tevez and Mario. He also played a very conservative style, when he had a team that seemed to want to play in a far more expansive way. I really believe that you have to manage the players you have, not the ones you want to have. I think that is Wenger's strength. Although people want us to always play a certain way, he very much sets our style of play for each group of players, based on what he thinks they do best.
