For those that might be down this side of the world and lost for something to do : " The British Airways Football Legends Invitational, endorsed and supported by the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA), will see eight six-a-side teams including Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton, a PFA all-star team and a Caribbean all-star team competing for top honours at the Kensington Oval June 7-8,2013. Former legends taking to the field will include the likes of Roberto Di Matteo, Gianfranco Zola, Dwight Yorke and Gaizka Mendieta." http://www.barbadosfootball-legends.com/ It was great fan last year. P.S I've now got Dennis Wise for a neighbour, for the next four weeks,. again!. Keep this quiet and under wraps....... he's looking a bit chubby...... might be worth putting down a bet against then this year, and thats just for a start.
Just in case you happen to be in Barbados Some great, and awful players in those line ups - I'd expect Chelsea and the All Stars to dominate. Ledley's playing
Hmmmm wonder who the extra guess the Legend players will be: I'd go for: Chavski - De Goey (or possibly Carlo???) 'Pool - Grobbelaar Us - Anderton
Yes WY., there'll be a few greats on show., Chelsea do seem to have provided the best squad this year again, and had pretty much the same line-up last year, but they were overhauled by youthful Manchester Utd. Spurs havn't got much pace in the squad Can I book you in for a few tickets ?.
