I have seen some people that wouldnt be happy with this signing, with 9 goals and 8 assists in a struggling team i think he has performed very well.

If we signed him do you not think that his performances would improve? surrounded by better players so surely he will up his game. Can play LB, LW,RW, CAM. Pacey and tricky he often goes around defenders like they wern't there!

He would also probably cost somewhere around the £10mill mark which i think is a good price for a 24 (?) year old players with an exciting future ahead of him. Now just to convince Martinez to sell!

Would you guys like to see him at Anfield?

I think as we need squad depth and he can play numerous positions he should bought, quite cheap aswell!

I think it's his attitude in the past that really throws people off. I know a lot of people gawked at the 17 mil united payed for valencia but he has to be the calmest, quietest guy around ( or seems like it). So his skills speak for themselves and United knew they were getting a player who had his head screwed on.

If we pay 10 million and get the same kind of product that would be great, but again I think it is his mental approach that throws off how much he is really worth or should we try for him.

I think he would be a good addition to our squad, but would like to see players of a better quality coming in. Although the asking price is reasonable for a player who is 25 in a day's time.

I no that he had some problems at Newcastle but at Wigan he seems to have calmed down quite a lot and has taken on a lot of responsibility for their team, he is their main creater/best player.

The only thing that has annoyed me is him constantly going on about using Wigan as a stepping stone for a bigger club, i no we would be that bigger club but im one of those who thinks that a player should be respecting his current employer.

    Its too predictable.
    Similar to Downing.
I reckon its media talk that Liverpool are even interested.I reckon Kenny and DC have different targets that nobody has a clue about lined up.However the Scott Dann one has some meat to the speculatation as he's a similar player to Gary Cahill but at half the price.

If i had to choose out of N'Zogbia and Downing theres only 1 choice and thats N'Zogbia, Downings another over-rated english player whos price would be inflated just because hes English.

If we want a Boro reject then i'd rather have Adam johnson- Class player!

Humm. Not convinced. Depends on how much we can get for him. Maybe use N'terrible as part of the deal.

Adam Johnson is a naturally left sided wideman. He's a touch-line hugger.I'm convinced he's wasted at City because they play far too narrow with 3 central midfielders and Silva playing in behind the forwards.Milner is used in that midfield 3 because he's not and never was a winger. As far as I'm concerned,Milner is a poor man's Maxi Rodriguez, they play the same role, but Maxi has undoubtedly far more skill.Milners price was so high for two reasons,he's English and he's 24.I would go for Adam Johnson, and I reckon we could persuade City to sell for £12 million.

    KPR

It would be nice to get him but can you see Citeh actually selling a player to us which makes us stronger and more of a threat to them? i would be suprised. It is a nice thought though.

Don't forget city need to keep those English players to make sure they have the homegrown quota, no chance they would sell johnson to us.

That has summed up my views on N'Zogbia. Rep. <ok>

However, if Kenny and Damien decide that this is the player they want and we get him, i'll back their judgement 100%.

I just asked KPR this Chris, would you take N'Zog and Banega over Mata and Adam?? I said the former, I think Banega blows Adam out of the water and N'zog doesn't have the adjustment period and am hoping for the immediate impact.

I'd rather take Banega AND Mata! Highly unlikely I know and would probably cost a lot more than we have but if we were to sign one of them then the other might be more open to join a team mate here!

I'd agree with Banega and Insomnia if that were the choice though, think Insomnia would be great value at around 8-9 million. I think priority number 1 and 2 are a left-back and wingers though before thinking about a centre mid.
