After a season to forget with the only the mags game a major talking point we need a big shake up this summer. McClean Bramble Kilgallon Vaughan Bardsley Graham Cuellar Brown All have to go IMO. We need to do everything possible to sign Rose & keep Mignolet. It's going to be interesting to see who PDC will bring in. I wouldn't mind us getting McCarthy, McManaman & Maloney from Wigan Dawson from spurs would be my choice for a new CB. Also Austin from Burnley has been linked the lad has scored for fun for years now he deserves a crack at the prem. I would be happy if we got him.
Please add Vaughan and Larssen to the list of outs. Too much of the same in your in list too. We have to stop buying so many players from relegated clubs and the crocked and cak from the top clubs. If we're going to suck donkeys next season, we at least need to shake our transfer strategy up.
I was going to do this as a new article but we need a squad overhaul not just because of the lack of quality in it but also we need to get rid of the mentality in the dressing room I would say.... Out Westwood - Won't stay as back up for another year Bardsley - piss poor player now, been horrendous for a good while now and he is on 35k a week, we need to make room on wage bill Killa - out of contract Bramble - same as Killa Mangane - end of loan Vaughan - not good enough, simple as that Cattermole - decent player but injuries seem to of plagued him, get an offer of around 4-5m and I would take it, we need better in that position and think Bruce will want him. Gardner - poor CM and if we can get 3m or so will be fantastic Elmo - will be off to Hull Graham - do not rate the bloke at all and cannot see him being the kind of player PDC likes up top In (good options IMO) sub GK -??? RB - Kyle Naughton LB - Danny Rose CB x3 - Aurelien Chedjou, Valentin Roberge, Jores Akore CM x2 - Victor Wanyama, Marvin Martin W - Andros Townsend (loan) CF x2 - Diuermerci M'Bokani, Arouna Kone
Vaughan is on the list. I think Larsson has played well since PDC came in. And Dawson has been outstanding for spurs mate I would love us to sign him and Rose.
cracking post and a particularly cracking shout, someone asked about RB's yesterday and i didnt have a clue
Sorry SAFC, I missed Vaughan on your original list - al least we agree he's an out! I'm not sold on Maloney. At his best, he's a real thorn in any defence. However, I don't think he's consistent enough and I don't think he'd integrate well in a side like ours - we're struggling enough to work around Sess as it is. Dawson is very decent but has been injury plagued himself. His last 5 seasons have produced 16, 29, 24, 7 and 11 league games (the 11 is this season so far). He's also 29/30 years old. In my view, we should avoid. The only justification I could see for Larsson is as a squad player on the bench.
I will get strung for this but if funds are tight which I hope there not then maybe if we can get a good price for mig and I do mean very good then maybe cash in and reinvest like I said just a thought before people on here think I'm not playing with a full deck of cards or I'm a mag wum like that monty tool
Right back for me Andreas Beck from Hoffenheim, capped nine time by Germany is great when playing in the same era as Philip Lahm. He's going into the last year of his contract and Hoffenheim look like going down so I hope we go for him. Left back, we have to go for Danny Rose but lets not get held to ransom by Levy. Other positions for me; 2 cb's. One looks like it'll be Roberge, so im hoping we bring someone with a turn on pace and someone decent on the ball 1 winger, predominantly on the left but interchangeable with Johnson on the right 1 centre midfielder to play with Ndayie we need a skillful player who has an aye for a pass 2 strikers and 1 of them must be quick (in the defoe mould)

Maloney is pushing 30 now. Need young and hungry, McManaman is going to be a cracking player would take him. Would like ot see some foreign blood in as well. Alf has turned out to be excellent value for money. More players like him please PDC
Outs Bramble - Free Kilgallon - Free Bardsley - 2m Vaughan - 1m McClean - 3m Graham - 2m Elmo - 2m Ji - 2m In Seamus Coleman/Angel Rangel Danny Rose Roberge Townsend/Tom ince Maloney Kone/Remy
Been thinking about this for weeks now, and watching games with an eye on 'could we have him?' Well, my list if I was gaffer...... McManaman (Wigan) - We've all seen him develop, the lad has got better by the week, culminating in an incredible cup final performance. Would be a great addition, beats men, started to get goals now, great age at 22. Gebre Selassie (Werder Bremen) - Czech RB, noticed him in the Euro's, loves to bomb forward, great delivery, quick. Werder are in dire straits, I think he would add balance and compliment Rose (if we get him..) or..... Henri Bedimo Nsame (Montpellier) - Looking to leave, decent if not great pace, proper left wing back, athletic as ****, wants to play in England... If we don't get Danny, he'd be my pick. Marko Marin (Chelsea) - I think this lad is superb, and will struggle to get beyond Oscar next season, and Mata, and Hazard.... No shame in that, a loan with a concrete to but offer. It would be ambitious cos many, many clubs will be aware of his difficult season and may sniff a bargain, but he'd be a potentially immense signing IMO. If not.... Adam Maher (AZ Alkmaar) - This lad is going to be a real star, he really is. Glides past men for fun, picks passes, skilful, one concern would be his slight size, but Zola did it and many more. Scores plenty for a midfielder to boot. Would cost a packet, but is 19, and already has 60 odd games under his belt. He will play for a superclub, could he do that via Sunderland? Unlikely, but why not try? Andre-Pierre Gignac (Marseille) - Mentioned him a million times, a big lad who is much more than a target man, could compliment Fletcher superbly. Tough as nails, averages about 1 in 3. Kevin Gameiro (PSG) - Mobile, skilful and ridiculously agile, lad gets goals, but not enough game time in Paris. May well get a proper chance next season with Ibra confirming his wish to leave, we will see. Michael Dawson (Spurs) - Mentioned above, top drawer CB, been fir a lot more this season, poor distribution compensated by excellent awareness, heading and tackling ability. Kader Mangane - I'd keep him, will cost a pittance, and is a beast of a player I remember well from Rennes. Absolute unit in the Samba mould, yes, we've not used him, but I think we have all seen in th 34 seconds he's been on the park what he's about. Brick wall.
