Taken from 2001, following our relegation to League 1 âNo words can do justice to how I feel. Devastated doesnât even start to cover it. To have played for this great club in the premier division and see it now, in the third division for the first time since the 60s. Itâs a tragedy. It breaks my heart. And to think how those QPR fans will feel, having come from what we had to this, here today. I feel sick. Absolutely sick. But let me tell you this: QPR will rise again. I promise you that. Like a phoenix, it will rise again. Weâve lost everything, but everything weâve lost weâll get back. Trust me on that. Weâll get it all back. Whether Iâll be the manager when that happens, I donât know. Iâd like to be. I can at least get the whole thing started. Believe me, Iâll be proved right. Remember me saying this. QPR will get back there again - back to how it was a few years ago and the years before that. Mark my words. Remember them. It will happen, Iâm telling you. Everything weâve lost, we will get back.â Ian Holloway
Holloway is genuine. Harry is a conman. At least Harry only has another year, let's hope he doesn't take us down to League 1 in that time.
Would love to have him back, at least you know he cares for the club. If Palace don't go up maybe history can repeat itself and we poach their manager. Turned out nicely last time!
Really wanted him at Norwich. Not saying that Hughton isn't ok,he is,but Holloway is a hugely entertaining and intelligent bloke.Just love the way he pretends to be an idiot.
