Afternoon all If Byram was to go for an acceptable amount, I think loaning him back would be perfect. No way will he play week in week out for a prem team yet. Lets not forget he had a great debut season, but consistency makes a good player. He needs more time to develop, and with all of the attention around him (particularly following performances in the cup games) teams will be more wise to him. His second season could be a lot more difficult. I hope he stays here and continues his development under a good manager who is going to give him game time pretty much every week, rather than warming a premiership bench and playing for the development squad.
Yeah hope your right. Who knows though as Warnock signed him to blast us into the prem and become a LUFC fan favouirte Pugh is on big wages is he not? Or am I thinking about his first spell?
True, was only ever going to be a decent utility sub for me. If he has been on high wages again, hope Wednesday were paying them all and we weren't subbing!
what I saw of him for the Wendies he always seemed to do well. Hopefully he will go there in the summer on a perm. Also Andy hughes has been blinding for Charlton
Yep, I would like him back in a few years in some sort of capacity. Seems good for the club and good for the youngsters to learn from in terms of being a proffesional.
