True, it's still pretty poor at the moment though, until recent weeks it would run at about 20Mb/s which is fine. It's Virgin media.

Scrap that, I've just checked my Virgin Media account, turns out it is up to 60Mb/s we are subscribed too.

 

Now that is poor. You've a fault on the line. Sadly, this is quite common with Virgin Media. The potential is super-duper as they run the thing on fibre optics, but vandals attack the line boxes regularly [in Southampton, for example] and the field engineers occasionally make the odd error. Too often as well, from my information.

 

Reports from Bild in Germany say Dortmund are looking to replace Götze and Lewandowski with Christian Eriksen and Christian Benteke.

 

Just been on the Virgin Media forums, and there is an 8 page thread about Salisbury's internet woes, apparently it is an over-utilisation problem and Virgin are having to upgrade the network here. On the plus side there is customer service contacts provided in order to claim refunds for the affected months. Still crap though!

 

So basically they've oversold the network. That won't make Richard happy..! He'll have to pay out for a little bit of infrastructure, and give some money back..!

Reckon Mancini going was the right move. A better manager could have done the double with that team this year. He underperformed badly - got as much silverware as 'Arry this year. And with him at the helm, would have been no CL silverware next season, so 2nd is meaningless.

In my opinion, the most justified parting of ways of the season. Not bad by any means, but sometimes a manager has taken a team as far as they can go. Came within within a point of having zero silverware bar the FA Cup with this squad too. Not good enough, I reckon. Bloody hell, though, has there ever been so many massive jobs up for grabs in one season? Three of the top four...

 

For the third week in a row, I have a coursework deadline. In total, I'll have done about 50 pages of reports in these three weeks...

I then have another report to do for Friday...AND another piece of coursework for the week after that...then I'm into three weeks of exams. YAY.

 

and the only one who will be in the same job is Wenger who hasn't won a thing in 8 years!!

 

Ha. I was hitting top speeds of 0.55 Mbps the other night.

 

Nothing beats my 0.06 of the other day.

I was doing Mao's China and US Conflict in Asia: Korea and Vietnam.

 

Pretty sure we do that next year, Mao is coursework and the Cold War is one massive exam.
